First introduced shortly after the end of WWII, and used throughout the Cold War, this overcoat has become a mainstay in fashion and popular culture throughout the decades. Cut from a double layered cotton poplin, which is both soft and durable at the same time, while a high pile lining is made up of a luxuriously warming grained wool.
The boxy/oversized shape of this jacket allows it to be easily layered up for essential warmth, while multiple button secured pockets allow safe storage of your supplies and valuables. A ribbed cuff has been added to prevent chills from breezes, and custom manufactured Urea buttons have been used throughout for period correct authenticity.
