Vintage 1970s maxi dress made in semi sheer navy blue and white polka dot cotton blend. Crossover fitted bust with lace trim and gathered underbust. High waist band with back tie sash, full length, straight silhouette maxi skirt. Stunning poet sleeves have lace trim and button cuffs that create a gorgeous voluminous effect. Back metal zipper. Unlined and slightly sheer, may want to wear with a slip for complete coverage.
